About the Role

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating active jobs through to completion, driving positive outcomes and keeping stakeholders (Policy Holder and Client) updated throughout the claim life.

Working closely with our internal technicians, partner contractors and, on larger jobs, project managers to ensure the compliance, safety, and quality standards are met.

Accountabilities:


• Plan, organise and control the restoration process in line with KPIs.


• Scheduling jobs and liaising with relevant contractors & technicians.


• Maintain customer relations throughout the job and maintain customer portals.


• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with WHSE safety act and relevant code of practice.


• Ensure all relevant documentation is completed utilising appropriate business tools.


• Ensure all work KPIs are met.

Requirements

*What We're Looking For:*


• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.


• Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.


• Previous scheduling or project management experience.


• Experience in the insurance restoration industry is preferred.


• Demonstrated experience managing job related budgets and costs.


• Demonstrates effective communication both written and verbal.


• Exceptional customer service skills.


• Sound organisational and proven time management skills.


• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities.


• Adaptability – remains in control when dealing with difficult situations or changing tasks.


• Ability to work with technology.
