This engagement aims to develop a complete GAAP Audit Support Playbook enabling Arbcentrix to support U.S. CPA firms with audit preparation, PBC management, documentation, and quality control processes.

Key Deliverables:

  • Comprehensive GAAP Audit Support Playbook (processes, controls, templates, SLAs).
  • PBC Management System with workflows and QC steps.
  • Quality Assurance and Control Framework.
  • Tools, trackers, and workflow automation design.
  • Staffing and operating model for audit pods.
  • Client onboarding framework.
  • Pilot audit readiness test.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (Philippines).
  • 7–10 years of experience in audit or accounting operations.
  • Strong background in GAAP audits, PBC management, and audit documentation standards.
  • Experience working with U.S. CPA firms or audit offshoring/Shared Services environments.
  • Skilled in designing workflows, process playbooks, SLAs, QA frameworks, and audit documentation standards.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, developing competency matrices, and structuring staffing models.
  • Proficient in using audit tools, trackers, and project management systems.
  • Strong process mapping, analytical, and communication skills.

Engagement Details:

  • Duration: 8–12 weeks (extendable)
  • Hours: 20–30 per week
  • Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php150, Php200,000.00 per month
