As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you'll implement procure-to-pay strategies, support strategic sourcing, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute procurement for Operations and Maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Identify qualified vendors and evaluate proposals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for assessments and cost analysis.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and vendor management
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive cost savings
  • Familiarity with ISO standards related to Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Information Security
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
