Position Summary:

This position plays a key role in planning, designing, and implementing the asset management plans and policies relating to boilers and their auxiliary equipment and controls.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years' experience in boiler maintenance in power generation industry or petrochemical/industrial gas production/refining (Experience requirement may be reduced for individuals with an advanced technical or business degree, or registration as a professional engineer)
  • At least 2 years' experience working for boiler original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or industrial service provider (ISP)
  • Experience in preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance practices, performance enhancement and optimization of operating assets or processes
  • Experience in analysis of plant/facility financial performance requirements against operations, maintenance, and repair costs
  • Experience in reliability engineering, statistical analyses of failure modes, and root cause failure analyses (preferred but not required)
  • Exposure to plant information systems and performance monitoring software applications
  • Experience leading technical team members in the execution of Design and/or Service Work Completion to successfully complete time-bound project and financial budgets within schedule
  • At least 2 years experience in project management
  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering and/ or Masters degree in Engineering is an advantagePRC Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Professional Engineer is an advantage
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere
