Responsibilities:

  • Provides assistance/help to Immediate Superiors for the achievement of quality objectives
  • Prepare pre-production materials, including color separations and job orders
  • Conduct pre-production tasks
  • Mount approved color proofs to be given to Customer Service
  • Organize and securely store key documents/color guides that will be used in production
  • Prepare all necessary materials for transfer to IPPC, including COCQ, ink formulation, bromide, color separation, and color guide
  • Ensures maintenance and cleanliness and order in the work area, including office equipment and tools being used
  • Performs everyday duties while ensuring compliance to the existing Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Performs every day duties in accordance with accepted work safety practices and standards, established by the Company in compliance with the provisions of existing laws and government standards.
  • Performs cross functional activities as needed.
  • Attends meetings, orientation/seminars/training activities as required or as instructed by superiors or as the need arises.
  • Performs other duties that maybe assigned in relation to the current job.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of computer course and/or Two-Year Vocational Course/College level
  • Technical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and other data entry software.
  • Soft skills. Good communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
  • Adaptability. Comfortable working in dynamic office settings

Contract length: 10 months (Project-Based)
