We are looking for an
Expert Integration Consultant
with strong experience in healthcare integration, particularly in HL7, FHIR, and related standards. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and technically skilled professional who can translate complex business requirements into efficient, high-quality integration solutions. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and testing healthcare applications and interfaces while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and internal/external clients to understand and document healthcare integration requirements, including HL7 standards.
  • Design, develop, and implement healthcare integration components (e.g., HL7, FHIR, CDA interfaces).
  • Produce and execute detailed unit test cases for integration deliverables.
  • Maintain and enhance integration coding standards and documentation.
  • Create technical specifications, integration code, and test plans in alignment with project requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement of integration methodologies, focusing on productivity and quality.
  • Lead or mentor team members in best practices for healthcare interoperability and data exchange.
  • Participate in scoping and estimation of integration projects.
  • Develop proof-of-concepts for complex or innovative integration solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including 2–3 years in a senior or lead integration role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare integration protocols and standards such as HL7, FHIR, and CDA.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language relevant to integration development.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience producing technical documentation and working with traceability matrices.
