HR Lead (Supervisory Level)Job Summary
The HR Lead will oversee and supervise core Human Resources functions including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for HR reporting, analysis, and workforce tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily HR operations and HR staff
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze HR reports using Google Sheets and Excel
- Create and maintain HR trackers, dashboards, and databases
- Utilize Excel/Google Sheets formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, Pivot Tables) for HR analytics
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Coordinate with management on manpower planning and organizational needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or lead HR role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel formulas
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling audits and HR documentation
- Background in HR metrics and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
