Job Responsibilities

Transport Operations

• Ensure route planning activities are conducted and executed properly by 3rd party Suppliers in accordance to the KPIs
• In-charge with overall planning even during BCP such as manual planning and potential off-site planning for areas assigned from time to time.
• Ensure development of truckers in the area thru tactical coordination of shipments, supportability, and reliability.
• Assures smooth overall flow of transport operations from Order Management (Receiving of Orders) to Creation of shipments, booking and on-time deployment of trucks, loading, dispatched, and on-time delivery for the sites handled.
• On-time execution of SCR based on the cut-off provided by Finance. Ensure on-time sending and coordination of SCR to haulers for the sites handled.
• Ensure On-time POD liquidation, submission of auxiliary expenses by the trucker, bad stocks pull-out, and other URIC assets (styro, creates, eutectic)
• Conducts maintenance of transportation rates in the system and ensure aligned rates based on the updated approved rates by procurement and finance team.
• Ensure reporting, collating, and alignment of orders that did not meet MOQ according the agreed standard with CD.
• Ensure close collaboration with various stakeholders

Quality

• Ensure truck refrigeration system are compliant to the set standard by QA team.
• Ensure compliance to CPAR as needed by Quality team.
• Ensure delivery personnel are complying to the proper hygiene before and during delivery.
• Conduct training of Selecta Delivery Procedures with focus on quality and service.
• Conduct through investigation for instances of customer complaint due to quality.
• Liaise with warehouse to investigate and check gap related to quality of primary transfers.

Safety:

• Ensure compliance of truckers to Transport Safety Program
• Ensure that service providers and their respective crews are knowledgeable on the journey management plan, route risk assessment, and vehicle safety
• Ensure 3rd party haulers have undergone defensive driving training (yearly).
• Promote safety culture with 3rd party suppliers for transport thru SBO and other platforms.
• In cases of accident, conducts reporting, escalation, and investigation of the matter. Works with 3PL in generating lessons learned together with ULP Safety
• Ensure 3PL haulers have complied with mandatory safety requirements before deployment to uric. This includes, Dashcam, GPS, and other mandatory safety requirements.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years of experience in transport operations handling route planning or similar tasks
• Willing to handle multiple sites
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in Visayas

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
