Job Responsibilities Ensure route planning activities are conducted and executed properly by 3rd party Suppliers in accordance to the KPIs In-charge with overall planning even during BCP such as manual planning and potential off-site planning for areas assigned from time to time. Ensure development of truckers in the area thru tactical coordination of shipments, supportability, and reliability. Assures smooth overall flow of transport operations from Order Management (Receiving of Orders) to Creation of shipments, booking and on-time deployment of trucks, loading, dispatched, and on-time delivery for the sites handled. On-time execution of SCR based on the cut-off provided by Finance. Ensure on-time sending and coordination of SCR to haulers for the sites handled. Ensure On-time POD liquidation, submission of auxiliary expenses by the trucker, bad stocks pull-out, and other URIC assets (styro, creates, eutectic) Conducts maintenance of transportation rates in the system and ensure aligned rates based on the updated approved rates by procurement and finance team. Ensure reporting, collating, and alignment of orders that did not meet MOQ according the agreed standard with CD. Ensure close collaboration with various stakeholders Experiences & Qualifications 5 years of experience in transport operations handling route planning or similar tasks Willing to handle multiple sites Willing to be assigned anywhere in Visayas Location Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines EEO Statement Unilever embraces diversity and encourages applicants from all walks of life.
