DUTIES:

  • Recommends plans and directions for marketing programs (including sales forecasts) to the Marketing Officer for the assigned products based on competitors activities and total market scenario.
  • Conducts marketing research necessary to identify the market of the programs handled such as Basic Education, Higher Education, and International Programs.
  • Conducts comprehensive information campaign about the programs, activities, and the achievements of the institution; promotes institution through traditional marketing approaches and by way of the internet, social networking sites, and generally used contemporary electronic media.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of the promotional campaigns vis-à-vis enhanced public awareness, positive image of the institution, and increased level of business.
  • Receives, entertains, and conducts briefings/orientation sessions on the institution for visitors and organized groups requiring such.

  • Accounts Management:

  • Generates leads or prospects (from inquiries, referrals, and networking)

  • Qualifies leads or determining the sales prospect's authority to buy (or enroll) and ability to pay.
  • Assessing the client's specific needs or wants and the range of options a customer has for satisfying them.
  • Designs/formulates proposals and presentations.
  • Responds to objections.
  • Convinces the client to enroll.

  • Conducts post-sales calls.

  • Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as may deem necessary by the immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • At least graduate of BS Administration in Marketing, Communication Arts or any related course.

Work Experience/s:

  • Preferably at least six (6) months related work experience.

Special Qualities/Skills Required:

  • Must be superior communicator—strong, outgoing leader and builder of consensus.
  • Must have Ability to work in an unstructured problem-solving environment and synthesize strategy, plans, and solutions.
  • Must be Inquisitiveness to learn products, work with them, and determine ways to improve them.
  • Able to work independently yet collaborate cross-functionally in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14,000.00 per month
