PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Cadet IT Systems Engineer Training Program at AIRNAV is a 6 months intensive technical training experience designed to build real-world IT skills through hands-on learning and rigorous evaluation.

This program emphasizes a self-directed learning approach, encouraging participants to take ownership of their development while being supported by experienced engineering mentors. You'll dive deep into the fundamentals of systems engineering—learning how to design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems.

Key topics include:

• Infrastructure and networking
• Virtualization and containerization
• Linux and Windows Server operating systems
• Monitoring systems
• IT security
• IP-based protocols
• Testing principles and Software Test Automation
• DevOps fundamentals and practices
• Troubleshooting tools

To successfully complete the program, participants must pass assessments at the end of each course module. These evaluations are designed to measure both knowledge and practical skills. Maintaining AIRNAV's high standards of quality is essential—trainees are expected to demonstrate consistent progress, technical competence, and a commitment to excellence throughout the program.
