Cadet Engineers

Seeking Cadet Engineers to manage quality inspections and material control in a dynamic construction site environment in the country.

Key responsibilities include:

• Track material quality inspections, installation inspections, and punches; coordinate with Suppliers and the Client.
• Assist in review and follow-up of supplier quality documentation and inspection reports during the preparation phase.
• Prepare and maintain inspection trackers, NCR trackers, and quality documents with Construction Supervisors.
• Lead and assist internal and external material inspections, record non-conformities, and follow up corrective actions.
• Conduct fabrication and construction site inspections, update trackers, and compile punch lists.
• Assist in erection punch clearance during commissioning.
• Prepare weekly quality reports and update SharePoint folders.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and Ethics policies.
• Prepare and track all material deliveries, storage, and issuance including coordination with logistics and site teams.
• Manage storage facilities, preservation, and material issuance to subcontractors and internal staff.
• Conduct regular warehouse inspections and maintain documentation accuracy.
• Prepare weekly reports on material delivery status, storage allocation, and photo records.

The company is looking for:

• Fresh graduates in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Graduates from Manila or Iloilo Engineering universities preferred.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Ready to work in a construction site environment.
• Willing to work in Iloilo.
