It provides Quantity Surveying and Project/Construction Management services on over 650 projects in the Philippines and overseas within the Pacific Rim including Guam, Saipan, Palau, Hawaii, Australia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and as far as Middle East, Pakistan and Syria; from office towers, residential condominiums, hotels, residential estates, industrial development plants, institutional schools, ports and harbors, roads & bridges, airports & airport buildings, commercial centers, hospitals, BPO and land development works.

As a Cadet Quantity Surveyor, your tasks and responsibilities would entail:

1. Assists in preparing realistic, adaptable and accurate initial budget estimates

2. Assists in quantity take-off and estimate on the various stages of the project including but not limited to the following:

a) Square Cost Estimate;

b) Schematic Design Estimate;

c) Conceptual Design Estimate;

d) Design Development Estimate;

e) Definitive Office Estimate;

f) Detailed Bill of Quantities; and

g) Value Engineering.

3. Ensures that all relevant Work Instructions and the organization's Quality Management System are being followed in the preparation of all works being undertaken.

4. Assists in the preparation of all project reports for submission to clients and submits the same for review and evaluation to the Project Quantity Surveyor

5. Assists in the preparation of needed documents for any project meetings.

6. Any other work, projects or tasks as directed by the Project Quantity Surveyor.

7. Exemplifies qualities that would encourage staff loyalty, teamwork and dedication to the organization

8. Any other work or task as directed by the Project Quantity Surveyor.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience in QS Works, especially Procurement

• Fluent in English

• Proficient in MS Excel

• Can attend Construction meetings and meetings with client

• Has a bit of knowledge and interest in Quantity Surveying for Civil, Structural, and Architectural works
