Remote VA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Billing Representative, you will be responsible for managing the billing lifecycle, ensuring that invoices are accurate and promptly processed, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on services rendered, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed timelines.
  2. Payment Processing: Monitor incoming payments and ensure proper allocation to customer accounts while handling any discrepancies professionally.
  3. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries, providing timely responses and resolutions to clients.
  4. Account Reconciliation: Conduct monthly reconciliations of client accounts to ensure accuracy in billing and payment records.
  5. Reporting: Generate reports as required by management to analyze billing trends and improve processes.

Your ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to the success of our billing operations.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in billing or accounts receivable roles.
  • Familiarity with billing software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in remote work environments is a plus.
