Required Qualifications
What are our wishes:

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing with a strong understanding of performance testing lifecycle.
• Proficiency in one or more performance testing tools (Blazemeter, JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, NeoLoad, etc.).
• Experience with scripting languages: Groovy is a must while (Java, Python etc.) is nice to have.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTTP, APIs, microservices, etc.) and database performance tuning (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with system monitoring, profiling, and diagnostics tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration for performance testing.
• Good understanding of network protocols, latency, and throughput metrics.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

*How can you contribute to the team?
Key Responsibilities*

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps to understand system architecture and identify performance risks early in the development cycle.
• Analyze and give precise estimates for the performance activity
• Create detailed performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g.,Blazemeter, JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, NeoLoad, etc.).
• Analyze test results and metrics to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend tuning and optimization strategies.
• Develop and maintain performance test environments and ensure they closely replicate production.
• Document test procedures, results, and findings clearly and thoroughly.
• Mentor and guide junior performance testers and ensure testing best practices are followed.
• Participate in capacity planning and system architecture discussions.
• Work with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana) to collect and analyze performance data from production and test environments.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.
