Job Description
  • Lead and oversee big data initiatives under the Data Science and AI Group, collaborating with internal technology teams, external vendors, and consultants.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery and alignment of project requirements.
  • Drive the deployment and optimization of analytical tools to support data-driven initiatives.
  • Design, recommend, and maintain data models that enable business intelligence, advanced analytics, and campaign management activities.
  • Enhance and maintain the existing MLOps pipeline for improved automation and performance.
  • Implement data quality monitoring processes to detect integrity issues and coordinate resolutions with technology management.
  • Define and enforce data governance standards to ensure secure, high-quality data that meets regulatory compliance while enhancing operational efficiency and supporting business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized catalog of key data fields to support data discovery, improve data understanding, and ensure consistency of KPI definitions across the organization.
  • Research and apply data management and analytics best practices to continuously improve tools, methodologies, and processes in line with global standards.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) studies for emerging technologies and innovative data solutions.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in data processing and scripting languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
  • Strong understanding of batch and stream data processing using tools like Apache Spark and Kafka.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with MLOps frameworks and practices.
  • Skilled in data modeling and data warehousing methodologies.
  • Proficient in version control and CI/CD practices using Git.
  • Experienced with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Cloudera and Snowflake environments is an advantage.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector is preferred.
