Role Overview We’re looking for a motivated data professional to join a dynamic squad working on NLP and Computer Vision across two key streams: Platform Services and Product & Customer Solutions. The role focuses on building scalable AI infrastructure and delivering customer‑centric AI solutions. Main Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end design, development, and deployment of high‑impact AI/ML features. Build robust infrastructure, tools, and frameworks for training, evaluating, and serving ML models at scale, including LLMs and Generative AI. Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to translate business requirements into production‑ready AI solutions. Design and optimize MLOps pipelines using Python, FastAPI, and cloud‑native stacks (AWS Fargate, Bedrock, ECS), integrated with Snowflake. Review and validate model code, pull requests, and deployment flows. Define data exchange protocols and architecture with DevOps, Data Engineering, and Backend teams. Partner with Product Analytics to track KPIs, monitor model performance, and measure AI solutions’ impact. Operate within cross‑functional, multinational teams, experimenting and innovating while observing tangible effects on clients. Stay ahead of AI trends, tools, and infrastructure innovations to guide long‑term strategy. Experience & Qualifications Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, CS, Physics, Engineering, etc.). Proven experience as a Data Scientist, AI Specialist, or Machine Learning Engineer, preferably with NLP and Computer Vision. Strong understanding of statistical, data processing, and machine learning methods using open‑source frameworks. Experience building production‑ready ML solutions and applying MLOps best practices. Familiarity with AI model monitoring, evaluation, and experimentation techniques. Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn); additional languages a plus. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable AI/ML solutions. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Collaboration & Communication Experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
