About the job:

• Work collaboratively within the Marketing team in determining design concepts and appropriate visuals, textual and animated elements of projects.
• Develop, produce, and maintain multimedia content such as interactive videos, websites (and webpages), emails, presentations, displays, and other digital and print assets.
• Understand and interpret concepts to visual requirements through storyboards.
• Translate ideas into motion graphics that can be understood by a wide range of audiences.
• Extensive knowledge of 2D animation and video formats (3D animation is a bonus).
• Design and animate graphics and videos for various marketing collaterals.
• Support all aspects of the design process – from conception to completion, design and production.
• Understand the Synpulse corporate design and identity, and work in a team as the brand guardians to ensure consistency in application of all materials in accordance with the Synpulse brand guidelines.
• Assist with ad-hoc design projects from Marketing and across the business (e.g., HR).

Job Requirements

• Minimally 1 year of experience in graphics and multimedia design.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic or multimedia arts, design, motion graphics, communication or related field.
• In-depth experience in Adobe Creative Suite is a must (an on-site test will be conducted (virtually) to evaluate expertise and suitability), especially in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. Skill in Figma is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation.
• Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
• Web designing experience is preferred.
• A complete portfolio showcasing digital, print and multimedia work as a designer is required for evaluation.
