Greenlight Renewables Holdings Inc. is a joint venture between Emerging Power Inc. (EPI) and Shell, dedicated to developing, owning, and operating large-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects in the Philippines. We are looking for a Paralegal to support the overall project lifecycle for our renewable energy projects. If you have the expertise and a passion for sustainable energy, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist lawyers with document preparation, drafting of simple documents, and correspondences
  • Maintain and organize documents of legal documents, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and easily accessible.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with and obtain/relay certain information from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation, collation and filing of legal documents with courts, government agencies and other relevant authorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any course
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a law firm or doing legal secretarial works.
  • Extensive background in renewable energy projects in the Philippines.
  • Attention to detail, organization and time management, familiarity in legal documents.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
