Job Overview

We are hiring a Project-Based SAP Project Manager who will lead SAP projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will ensure smooth execution, effective coordination across teams, and timely delivery aligned with project scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end SAP project delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage project resources, timelines, and milestones.
  • Develop detailed project plans and track progress regularly.
  • Handle scope changes, schedule adjustments, and cost management.
  • Prepare and present regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Escalate critical project issues and risks when necessary.
  • Manage strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Perform risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain complete project documentation and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience as a SAP Project Manager.
  • Proven experience in SAP implementation, upgrade, or support project leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder management and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup and report onsite as needed.
  • Amenable to day shift schedule.
  • Project-Based engagement.
