Job Qualification For Civil Engineering

  • Preferably Licensed Civil Engineer Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines or outside metro Manila.
  • Preferably 1-2 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Civil/Structural/MEPF's/Architecture, Interior design.
  • Can review and design Civil/ Structural Plans/ MEPF Plans/ Architectural Plans and interior fit-out Plans.
  • Experienced in site development is an advantage
  • Required skill(s); AutoCAD, Civil 3D MS Office and other civil Tools and software.
  • Experience in power generation industry or construction of industrial plants is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities For Civil Engineering

  • Plan projects and establish the criteria by which project success will be measured.
  • Reviews project plans and proposals, then works with management to develop project objectives. Identifies project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project.
  • Calculates time frames and sequences the stages of the project.
  • Prepares and distributes a description and timeline of the project.
  • present cost estimates and performance standards. Conducts test assuring safe and satisfactory product performance.
  • Prepares status report and regularly monitors budgets, contractors and schedules. Allocates project resources appropriately;
  • Keeps an accurate record and electronic data base civil elements of the projects.
  • Maintains projects integrity and reputation through compliance with local regulations
  • Demonstrate knowledge in civil engineering principles, practices and methods, environmental regulations, engineering project management methods, workplace safety, budgeting, manpower supervision and personnel management.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Engineers to create more efficient methods and maintain profitability.
  • Preparation of Construction Documents
  • Writing daily and weekly progress reports for project construction
  • Other task assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php18,000.00 per month
