  • Required Skill(s): Experienced in interior fit-out works, highly competent in leading and directing teams, proficient in construction planning and resources distribution, adept in risk management, skilled in managing and maintaining relationships with workers and client

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Leading and managing the on-site construction team
  • Follow the project timeline to ensure deadlines are met
  • Monitor and ensure on site safety compliance, cleanliness and orderliness
  • Coordinate with designers, planning officers and client pertaining to project design and project implementation plan
  • Able to supervise General contractors, sub-contractors and various trade contractors and ensure these groups function coherently to achieve project objectives.
  • Be able to provide solution on site concerns and issues and make good decision
  • Ensure that materials, labor and equipment utilization are maximized at lowest cost
  • Ensure timely delivery of manpower, equipment & materials at site.
  • Prepares and submit reports periodically and on time
  • Formulate and Implements site rules and regulations.
