JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Leading and managing the on-site construction team
  • Follow the project timeline to ensure deadlines are met
  • Monitor and ensure on site safety compliance, cleanliness and orderliness
  • Coordinate with designers, planning officers and client pertaining to project design and project implementation plan
  • Able to supervise General contractors, sub-contractors and various trade contractors and ensure these groups function coherently to achieve project objectives.
  • Be able to provide solution on site concerns and issues and make good decision
  • Ensure that materials, labor and equipment utilization are maximized at lowest cost
  • Ensure timely delivery of manpower, equipment & materials at site.
  • Prepares and submit reports periodically and on time
  • Formulate and Implements site rules and regulations.
