Purpose of the Job

Responsible for the processing of all payables, payment releases and support activities related to office administration and management.

Job Qualifications

Accounting Staff (Quezon City)

  • Fresh graduate are welcome apply
  • A Graduate of Senior High School ; or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in handling accounting functions such as accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • At least 6 months experience or exposure to administrative operations and HR processes, such as record keeping, payroll coordination, or employee onboarding.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to maintain precise financial records and support administrative tasks.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and external contacts.
  • Ability to work effectively with both finance and HR/administrative teams.

Job Descriptions

  • Prepare AP transactions according to policies and procedures; on-time processing / posting of transactions relative to agreed cut-offs
  • Payment preparation/release
  • Prepare and remit monthly government contributions
  • Monitor and report attendance
  • Ensure cleanliness of the office
  • Safekeep all office assets / equipment
  • Provide the necessary data to other business units/departments relative to functions
  • Perform other functions relative to the role that will be assigned (i.e., activities with Banks, LGUs, BIR)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
