Job Description
- Does R&D and produces wide varieties of goods such as pastries, desserts, breads and other related
- Checks quality of material and condition of equipment.
- Trains, guides and motivates pastry assistants or production staff
- Maintains a clean cooking / preparation room.
- Performs quality checks of ingredients before & during production
- Organizes and stores needed tools and materials.
- Maintains and counts inventory and works towards cost reduction methods.
- Monitors foods costs and inventory products
- Adheres to all sanitation, safety, and food preparation laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts or any related field.
- Extensive knowledge of classic pastry techniques and modern pastry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Can start ASAP
