Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Provide emergency medical treatment and first aid in the event of workplace injury or illness.
  • Administer over-the-counter medications to employees, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized, and comfortable sickbay area for employee use.
  • Promote wellness initiatives, including healthy eating and lifestyle programs.
  • Document and confidentially maintain records of all employee injuries and illnesses.
  • Conduct regular health checks and health improvement programs for employees.
  • Develop strategies to maximize employee well-being, ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Communicate regularly with management regarding healthcare and safety concerns.
  • Attend seminars and workshops on topics such as HIV/AIDS, Gender Sensitivity, Family Planning, and Stress Management to stay informed and enhance workplace health and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with valid licensure.
  • Certification in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) is a plus.
  • Prior working experience as a company nurse or in a similar healthcare role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Warm, caring, and compassionate demeanor when interacting with employees.

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
