Job Description:

  • The credit review associate plays a critical role in assessing the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
  • Initial review of borrower's documents.
  • Conduct basic KYC of borrower's information.
  • Perform Ocular inspection/CI of borrower's collateral property, business, and residence.
  • Conduct third party verification (neighborhood checking, property verification, HOA inquiry, employment verification, and trade checking).
  • Conduct verification of borrower's credit history, monthly cashflow and initial checking of documents (real or fake).
  • Assess potential risk of default of accounts to minimize the past due rate.
  • Involves in conducting through investigations, verifying borrower and third-party information and making recommendations to minimize risk and ensure accuracy of loan approvals.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four years course.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience within the financial institution or credit risk department; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Credibility, Integrity, and Accountability.
  • Has a Strong understanding of credit policies, procedures, compliance regulations, and risk management principles
  • Excellent analytical, research, and investigative skills; Ability to identify fraudulent documents and assess risk effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure; Should be computer literate
  • Has ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can relate with different kinds of people.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
