The opportunity

Become a key member of the dynamic sales team at Select Goods' as a Sales Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and exceptional customer service in our Taguig City, Metro Manila location.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the sales team to ensure targets are met and customers receive a high-quality experience
  • Provide hands-on coaching and training to sales associates to develop their skills and enhance their performance
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to drive sales
  • Collaborate with the broader management team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment that encourages teamwork and a customer-centric approach
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales supervisory or management role, preferably in the retail industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve ambitious targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills to effectively manage and develop team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and implement strategies for improving sales performance
  • Thorough understanding of sales techniques, customer service best practices, and retail operations
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
