Track 2 — Advanced 2-Year Residency Program (Experienced Track)

For mid-level developers with production experience who want to deepen their technical foundations, work on advanced architecture, and accelerate toward senior-level competence. This track emphasizes high-intensity engineering tasks, complex systems, and deep specialization.

Both tracks follow a

• 3–5+ years real software development experience
• At least one deployed web or production application
• Hands-on Git workflow experience
• Ability to handle advanced tasks and technical deep-dives

Across both tracks, candidates must demonstrate:
