Job Description:

  • Prepares budget and management reports.
  • Performs fixed asset management functions.
  • Manages insurance risk functions.
  • Maintains general ledger and prepares financial statements.
  • Prepares account schedules, reconciliation and analyses.
  • Handles treasury functions such as cash disbursement processing, cash management, short term placement management
  • Reviews and analyzes revenue, receivable and collection process.
  • Conducts audit of various books and compliance of lessees.
  • Other Ad hoc tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant. With 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivables, accounts payables, general accounting, and budgeting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with great attention to details. Experience in using SAP or any accounting software.
