Job description

  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting mobile devices to identify hardware and software issues
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to accurately pinpoint problems
  • Replace or repair damaged components, including screens, batteries, charging ports, and buttons
  • Clean and remove dust, debris, or moisture affecting device performance
  • Skillfully disassemble and reassemble mobile devices, avoiding damage
  • Conduct soldering or micro soldering to repair small components on circuit boards
  • Retrieve data from malfunctioning or damaged devices, including photos, contacts, and files
  • Thoroughly test repaired devices to ensure all functions work correctly
  • Perform quality control checks to meet industry standards and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain an inventory of replacement parts, tools, and supplies
  • Keep meticulous records of repairs, including work performed, parts used, and customer information
  • Stay updated on the latest mobile device models, technologies, and repair techniques

Job Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor's/ College Degree/ Electronics 4 years Graduate
  • Knowledgeable in technical skills
  • Can assist the customer in smart phone problem, settings, software, apps and functions.
  • Can Diagnose and repair smart phone -Can communicate well with client, superior and coworkers
  • Willing to undergo training
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply as training will be provided
  • Can pass the exam in O-Elite Lv1 before regularization
  • Knowledgeable in computer and Microsoft office application
