What is Ecommerce Marketing Manager?

An eCommerce Marketing Manager is a strategic professional who plans, executes, and oversees marketing initiatives on digital platforms. These initiatives are designed to increase an online retailer's brand presence, customer base and sales figures.

They play a pivotal role in an organization by aligning marketing strategies with business goals. They employ a range of online channels, and tools, including social media, email marketing, paid ads and content creation.

What do they do?

The day-to-day duties of an eCommerce Marketing Manager involve coordinating marketing campaigns and analyzing market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities. They ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimize the customer acquisition and retention funnel.

Additionally, they track campaign performance, manage marketing budgets, and refine strategies based on data-driven insight to drive traffic to convert visitors into loyal customers.

Further Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3 years & above of experience in marketing management or any related Ecommerce management.
  • Strong understanding of local market trends, consumer behavior, and brand strategy.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Has experience in handling 12.12 sale, payday sale and other sale.
  • Preferrably with strong experience in Ladaza, Shopee, Shopify and other marketing platforms such as Tiktok shop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
