SITE IN-CHARGE (ARCHITECT)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Site In-Charge (Architect) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of overseeing site operations while ensuring timely project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·     ·       Produce high-quality project design deliverables across all project phases: Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Document and Construction Administration.

·       Oversees Planning and delivery of the Construction site.

·       Ensure work completion is on time, with accurate and timely progress reporting throughout the project

·       Supervise Foreman, Workers and Subcontractors on-site

·       Coordinate confidently with clients and other professional subcontractors

·       Perform additional tasks and related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture.

·       Licensed Architect (preferred, but not required)

· years of experience in general construction.

·       Safety Officer certification is a plus

·       Willing to travel and accept assignments in different site locations

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·       Comfortable in creating, reading and understanding blueprints and architectural drawings.

·       Has a strong leadership, project management and time management skills.

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills

·       Excellent in computer aided applications and rendering tools i.e., AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP, LUMION, ENSCAPE

·       Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Applications
