Role Description

The Brand Manager develops and leads marketing and branding strategies to grow the brand and support business goals. The role plans and oversees advertising campaigns, runs market research, analyzes performance data, and ensures the brand looks and feels consistent across all channels. It also works with other departments to align brand initiatives and improve customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of marketing experience related to FMCG.
  • Strong skills in Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, and Campaign Development.
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis to inform decisions and measure performance.
  • Previous experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within a similar industry.
