Accounts Payable Supervisor(HYBRID)

  1. Will lead AP&AR processes for Latin America and North America

  2. Will be responsible in developing/recommending accounting methods and procedures

  3. Expected to create, improve and update the existing Policies and Procedures

  4. Will take ownership of relevant AP&AR controls and ensure proper execution

  5. Ensures all metrics are achieved

  6. Expected to provide mentoring and coaching to the team

  7. Implements controls and evaluates actions required to ensure compliance with the company's accounting policies and procedures

  8. Applies developed subject matter knowledge to addresses and resolves common and complex issues within established guidelines

  9. Will familiarize with the risk maps of AP&AR process and formulate corresponding risk prevention measures

  10. Will be responsible to analyze the processes and update the structure of AP&AR existing processes

  11. Maximize and use the human resource efficiently

  12. Expected to analyze the operation data of AP&AR team to provide better service to TCL internal customers

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  1. Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience, preferably Accounting (CPA is preferred).

  2. Good in English oral and written communication skills

  3. With experience in Finance Shared Service organization (preferred)

  4. Can work well in a multi-cultural environment and at different levels of the organization

  5. Willing to work on a night shift

  6. Recommends new approaches and alternatives

  7. Works on problems and projects of diverse complexity

  8. Engages in analyses requiring evaluation of identifiable factors

  9. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined boundaries.

  10. Networks with senior individuals, internally and externally, within own area of expertise

  11. Collaborates with discipline and diverse multi-discipline team members on a regular and recurring basis

  12. Encourages collaboration by engaging others in problem solving

  13. Proactively engages with functional experts, data sources, and end users to improve overall service delivery

  14. Identifies issues, resolving where possible, elevating to higher levels when necessary

  15. Applies diverse experience from multiple projects to solve problems, benefit the project team and/or improve functional or process roadmaps

  16. Delivers results that positively impact client/user work effectiveness and efficiency. Demonstrates strong understanding of project scope and logic, including anticipated business outcomes.

  17. Probationary period is onsite then hybrid upon regularization.
