Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consolidates and coordinates all construction issues and problems related to MEPF.
  • Ensures that designs and plans are executed in actual construction.
  • Monitors and evaluates the progress and status of projects.
  • Monitors and evaluates site installation based on contract, specifications and standards.
  • Monitors schedules and work plans of MEPF.
  • Evaluates and reviews the designs and plans before, during and after execution.
  • Ensures proper coordination with team, consultants, and contractors and Engineering Department.
  • Reviews reports gathered from the team about the status, pending issues and deadlines of the projects.
  • Attend meeting with client, both internal and external.
  • Perform other related tasks from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • 3-5 years' experience as MEPFS Engineer in Construction Industry.
  • Licensed is preferred but not required.
  • Keen to details.
  • Can work with minimum supervision and/or as part of a team.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Manila area.
