BIM Manager

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Licensed Professional Architect or Engineer is preferred. Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit or BIM Modeling Certification is an advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit BIM is mandatory. Experience with Navisworks, Civil 3D, Map 3D, 3ds Max, clash detection, and other infrastructure and modeling-related software. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience using Revit in a BIM project environment. At least 5 years of experience in Structural and MEPFS Revit modeling and detailing, with strong technical expertise and practical knowledge. Minimum of 5 years of professional or managerial experience in a local or international setting. Ability to lead and manage a team while driving initiatives and optimizing processes through automation. Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to task prioritization and time management. Must be willing to work onsite in Cainta, Rizal. Available to start immediately. #J-18808-Ljbffr
