We are looking for a proactive Logistics & Shipping Coordinator VA to manage daily shipping, receiving, and vendor coordination. This role ensures that goods move efficiently, documentation is accurate, and stakeholders are kept informed throughout the logistics process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule pickups and deliveries, confirming receipt of goods
  • Communicate with freight partners to compare shipping rates and routes
  • Record inbound and outbound transactions in the ERP and maintain audit trails
  • Track lots and product variations, verifying documents before dispatch
  • Identify exceptions, follow escalation procedures, and update stakeholders

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong coordination and follow-through abilities
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and ERP data entry
  • Clear written and verbal English communication
  • High accuracy and excellent time management
  • Familiarity with logistics software and transportation management systems (TMS)
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment support
  • Knowledge of ERP platforms such as NetSuite or similar
  • Understanding of US shipping practices and basic cost comparisons
  • Familiarity with international shipping regulations and compliance
  • Experience using rate comparison and shipment tracking tools
