QUALIFICATION:

Education : Bachelor's Degree relative to the job

Experience : One (1) year of relevant work experience

Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training in the last one year on providing Mental Health and Psychosocial Support to Individual/ Family Clients

Employment Status: Contract of Service

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Assist in all preparatory activities prior to the testing of the Project;

  2. Coordinates directly with the local government units as pilot testing site of the Project;

  3. Provides technical assistance on the Project based on its approved pilot implementation guidelines;

  4. Act as subject matter expert on rollout training on OSAEC/CSAEM prevention, management and post recovery services of victim-survivors;

  5. Monitors the testing of social behavior change communications materials under Project;

  6. Coordinate and monitor the operationalization of the Makabata Helpline as channels for alleged OSAEC reporting;

  7. Assist in the rescue operations of reported OSAEC cases;

  8. Acts as Secretariat of the Strong Network of Care;

  9. Coordinated with other National Government Agencies and Civil Society Organizations to ensure the achievement of the desired results of the testing;

  10. Document milestone in the course of the project's testing;

  11. Recommends pointers for improvement of the project;

  12. Assist in the evaluation of the Project desired results;

  13. Performs other task as assigned by the Head of Office.

Pay: Php35, Php36,000.00 per month
