Role Mission

The Assistant Manager for Business Development of Robinsons Offices supports Senior Manager for Business Development by coordinating, consolidating, and analyzing data from cross‑functional departments to drive informed business decisions. The role contributes to market and feasibility studies, assists core departments in securing approvals for new projects and initiatives, and ensures that all benchmarking, cost analyses, forecasts, and reports are accurately gathered, organized, and documented. This position plays a key role in enabling data-driven planning and supporting the development and evaluation of strategic business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

üBachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Management or Industrial Engineering, or other Business/Finance‑related courses

üAt least three years of experience in Real Estate industry

üProficient in SAP/S4HANA, Windows, and MS Office applications

üExcellent written and verbal communication skills

üStrong analytical and coordination skills

üWilling to be assigned at the Head Office in Ortigas, Pasig City
