Education

  • Relevant undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
  • Additional certifications such as MBA, CISA, CFA, Six Sigma, Agile/SCRUM Master are an advantage but not required.

Experience

  • 5 years of senior leadership experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Investments Fund Accounting.
  • Senior Leadership at VP level (banks) or Director level (finance shared services).
  • Has handled 100 FTE.
  • Broad technical knowledge in Investments and business operations.
  • Understands the business end-to-end.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, Change Management, Transformation (AI), System Integration, and Leading Transformation.
