Our growing team is currently looking for experienced Purchasing Associate

Purchasing Associate (Onsite | Taguig City)

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Sat (Half-day)

Company: A fast-growing modern farming & agri-tech company revolutionizing how vegetables are grown, distributed, and sold in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create purchase orders and procure goods/services within approved budgets
  • Research and coordinate with vendors to ensure cost-effective, quality sourcing
  • Maintain organized records of POs, invoices, contracts, and supplier info
  • Review procurement documents for accuracy before accounting handover
  • Coordinate deliveries and handle urgent order requests as needed
  • Ensure purchased items meet company standards and compliance
  • Manage inventory at warehouse and outdoor farms
  • Issue BIR 2307 forms to suppliers

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Taguig City.
  • Can start ASAP
