How our team works

Our Procurement team ensures that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently. Within this team, the Vendor Returns function plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring that returned products are processed in alignment with vendor agreements. By working closely with internal departments and external partners, we help protect the company's financial integrity and uphold our commitment to quality and service.

What you'll do as an Associate III, Purchasing specializing in Vendor Returns:

You'll manage the end-to-end process of returning products to suppliers. You'll ensure compliance with vendor policies, resolve discrepancies related to shipments and invoicing, and maintain accurate records within our purchasing systems. Your role is essential in safeguarding inventory integrity and supporting operational excellence across the organization.

What you bring to the role

You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of purchasing and returns processes. You work independently, make informed decisions, and provide guidance to junior team members. You're skilled at analyzing issues, communicating effectively across departments, and ensuring that vendor return procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.

Experience and expectations:

  • Around 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor returns
  • Proven ability to manage return processes and vendor relationships
  • Experience resolving discrepancies in shipments, invoicing, and inventory
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with purchasing systems and return authorization procedures
