Documentation Specialist

BGL is seeking a Documentation Specialist to support our Product Education Team by creating, maintaining, and improving product documentation across our software suite. This role ensures our clients have access to clear, accurate, and user-friendly resources — including training manuals, Knowledge Centre articles, release notes, and Learning Channel content.

You will also help manage the BGL Community, engaging with users, supporting discussions, and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed with our products.

What You'll Do

  • Create, update, and maintain product documentation and training materials
  • Write and manage Knowledge Centre articles, FAQs, and release notes
  • Support learning content such as tutorials and videos
  • Collaborate with Product Education, Product, and Development teams
  • Engage with users through the BGL Community and identify documentation gaps

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written communication and technical writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency across documentation
  • Ability to structure, update, and manage large volumes of content
  • Good research skills and ability to quickly understand new products or workflows
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborative and confident working with multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn superannuation, corporate compliance, and BGL products
