Job Description:

  1. Sales & Marketing – develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
  2. Distributor Management – establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, do BR to achieve sales objectives.
  3. Account Development – Identify & pursue new business opportunities
  4. Trade Shows and Events – Participate in trade shows to increase product awareness and forge new partnerships.
  5. Market Analysis – conducts market research within respective area to identify trends, consumer preference
  6. Sales Performance tracking - Utilize sales force and other CRM tools to track sales performance, analyze data

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in distributor management from lubricants or FMCG industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good in communication, negotiation, presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Experience in handling sales force (direct or indirect)
  • Proven experience in account development and ability to maintain strong customer relations
