As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resources functions of our dynamic organisation. What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, and termination processes
  2. Administering employee benefits, payroll, and leave management in compliance with local labour laws and regulations
  3. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent and fair treatment of all employees
  4. Assisting with employee training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related concerns and drive continuous improvement
  6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make well-informed decisions
  5. Proficient in HR information systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant HR software
  6. Thorough understanding of local labour laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies
  7. Adaptable, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning and professional development
