Requirements:

  • Works closely with clients and engineers to gather structural requirements and designs
  • Visit constructions sites for design specifications, limitations and other information
  • Develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and diagrams
  • Presenting designs and models to clients
  • Make revision to technical drafts based on the feedback and recommendations of the project engineers and architects, if needed
  • Ensure that all designs adhere to industry standards and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design
  • With 2 to 3 years experience and AutoCAD software
  • Knowledgeable in 3D presentations and perspective, Sketchup, Lumion, or any other 3D software
  • Knowledge of drafting standards, practices, and terminology.
  • Willing to travel to different locations
  • Accuracy in drafting
