Are you a strategic sales leader with deep Modern Trade expertise and a passion for building high-performing teams?
Dragon Edge Group (DEG)—home of trusted FMCG brands such as Beach Hut, Cycles, Cradle, Bite Block, and Felina—is looking for a Channel Sales Head (Modern Trade) to elevate our Modern Trade business and lead it toward our bold growth ambitions.
This is a senior sales leadership role where strategy meets execution. You will own the Modern Trade channel end-to-end—driving sales growth, profitability, and execution excellence—while building strong partnerships with key retail accounts and developing a high-performing sales organization.

What You'll Do:
- Deliver Sales Target and achieve channel profitability targets, including CTSR for trade spend and returns
- Lead and build a high-performing Modern Trade organization, with at least 60% A-Players
- Strengthen store execution excellence through: On-Shelf Availability, Active Doors, Perfect Store compliance
- Assess, refine, and execute Modern Trade sales strategies aligned with market dynamics and shopper behavior
- Build strong, collaborative partnerships with key Modern Trade retail accounts
- Use data and insights to drive decision-making, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
- Translate strategic direction into disciplined, hands-on execution across priority outlets
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of proven FMCG sales experience, with strong focus on Modern Trade
- Established relationships with major retail chains and Modern Trade partners
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing large sales portfolios
- Excellent leadership skills with experience building and coaching high-performing teams
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
- Effective communicator and negotiator with both internal and external stakeholders
- Highly adaptable and aligned with DEG's innovative, customer-centric culture
