We are looking for an experienced 
Amazon Supply Chain Specialist
 to manage end-to-end FBA inventory and logistics operations across multiple Amazon marketplaces. You will support our U.S. Supply Chain and Operations teams through accurate coordination, reporting, and proactive issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Amazon FBA replenishment, including shipment creation, labeling, and tracking via Send to Amazon (STA).
  • Monitor inventory levels, inbound shipments, restock limits, and prevent stockouts/overstock.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Brand Managers to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and lead times.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, 3PLs, and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Investigate shipment discrepancies, receiving issues, and FBA fee variances; file and manage Amazon cases.
  • Maintain inventory trackers, restock reports, and reconciliation files in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Create and update tickets in project management tools with complete documentation.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on shipment status and inventory health.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA or eCommerce logistics operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Seller Central and the Send to Amazon (STA) workflow.
  • Intermediate–advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, formulas; macros a plus).
  • Experience with freight coordination, customs clearance, or 3PL communication.
  • Familiarity with project management or ticketing tools (e.g., ClickUp).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot operational issues independently.
  • Willing to work U.S. hours; strong ownership and accountability.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Vendor Central or Amazon Global Logistics (AGL).
  • Background in demand planning or inventory forecasting.
