Job Description: Restaurant Staff

Department: Operations

Reports to: Store Manager / Shift Supervisor

Location: TFF Food Service Restaurant Branch

Position Overview

Restaurant Staff are the front liners of TFF who ensure that every customer enjoys a satisfying dining experience. They are responsible for food preparation, customer service, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store. As part of a fast-growing food service brand, restaurant staff play a vital role in upholding TFF's standards in food quality, service speed, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly with courtesy.
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.

Food Preparation & Safety

  • Assist in preparing food and beverages according to TFF's recipes and quality standards.
  • Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with DOH and LGU health regulations.

Cashiering & Sales

  • Operate the POS system for order taking and payments.
  • Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately.
  • Upsell or suggest additional items to enhance sales.

Store Upkeep

  • Maintain cleanliness in dining, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Ensure utensils, equipment, and workstations are sanitized and organized.
  • Assist in restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels.

Teamwork

  • Support fellow staff during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and company activities.

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate or Senior High School level or with Tesda Certificate related.
  • With or without work experience (training provided).
  • Experience in food service, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

  • Shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
