Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled Real Estate Sales & Closer VA to manage inbound warm leads and successfully close land deals with developers and development firms. The ideal candidate is an experienced closer, comfortable with phone negotiations, and capable of guiding prospects through the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound warm leads and initiate follow-up calls to prospective buyers
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and close real estate deals
  • Track, manage, and follow up on profitable land deal opportunities
  • Present properties to developers and development firms effectively
  • Utilize real estate platforms such as Zillow, PowerStream, and other tools
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and pipeline activities using Google Sheets or CRM
  • Collaborate with leadership to strategize and execute deal-closing approaches
  • Support the creation of sales scripts, workflows, and SOPs
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups to move deals through the pipeline

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven real estate experience with a solid understanding of property deals and transactions
  • Demonstrated sales and closing success with a track record of completed deals
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident in professional phone conversations and guiding prospects to decisions
  • Experience in B2C real estate transactions preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
  • Available Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day, Mountain Time (MST, USA)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Zillow, PowerStream, or similar real estate platforms
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
  • Comfortable in early-stage environments with evolving processes
  • Adaptable and able to help implement structure while executing
